Will we receive a proof of our order? How long does it take?
Yes! All custom artwork orders will receive a proof. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to receive a proof.
Is there a fee if we make changes to our proof?
There is no charge for the first two proofs sent out. However, if additional proofs are needed there will be a fee added.
How long does it take to receive our order?
Depending on the product ordered, once the artwork is approved it usually takes about a week. Some orders print and ship faster than others.
Can we change the "special offer" shown on the design? Does it cost extra?
Yes, you can change the offer shown. There is not an additional fee for text changes.
What if we like an image on one design but a background on another? Can we merge the two designs? Does it cost extra?
In most cases those changes can be made. However, there is a custom artwork fee of $75 per hour for changes in the imagery of our designs.
Do you provide mailing services?
At this time we do not provide a mailing service.
